Hello! I am a PhD researcher in observational cosmology at Newcastle University, working under the supervision of Dr. Cora Uhlemann. My research focus is on the formation of the cosmic large-scale structure, dark matter dynamics, and using theoretical techniques to extract information about fundamental physics from the late-time matter distribution.
I am a keen advocate for the advancement and empowerment of under-represented groups in physics and astronomy, and in particular LGBTQIA+ people. I am part of the organising committee for the Trans and Non-Binary Physicists network, a community for transgender and non-binary people at all levels in physics to network, support one another, and socialise.
Away from science, I love to play and listen to folk and traditional music and read comics where the X-Men punch giant robots.
